The Port of Seattle Civil Service Commission is a three person body that hears appeals from employee disciplinary actions such as removal, suspension, or demotion of civil service employees. The Commission has the authority to uphold, affirm, reverse, or modify the employment action.
The Port of Seattle Civil Service Commission, under the authority granted by Chapter 41.12 RCW and Port Resolution 3423, has assigned all duties of the Civil Service Commission to the Human Resource Talent Acquisition Manager who serves as Civil Service Secretary.

Civil Service Commission Meetings
